The NORDIE SHADOW floor is tuned to cooler gray tones and was created for all fans of the “Scandi” style.
The RUSTIC-MEDIUM variant has a distinctive and natural appearance leaning towards a rustic style. Knots, cracks, partial white, and healthy, naturally grown knots are permitted, which may be filled or missing.
The BRUSHED surface treatment beautifully accentuates the relief on the wood's surface, allowing the floor to showcase its natural origins and imparting a rustic impression. It is ideal when we want to achieve a more pronounced effect of natural material.
The CHANNELING surface treatment adds a specific grooved texture to the surface, and this disruption makes the floor less susceptible to surface damage. This finish pushes the appearance of the floor even further into the vintage style. This treatment is ideal if we want to achieve an “old look” for the floor, close to raw wood.
An added value is the additional surface treatment, which is FILLING. This style highlights cracks, knots, and other natural surface "flaws" in the wood. We use it when we want to further emphasize the natural appearance of the wood.
